Night Prowler

I like the way artists work, no schedule to follow, and you can never be having questions or doubts as to what exactly are you doing. The other thing i like about art is you never have to question about your work, you are the sole judge of your work because it is only you who knows what exactly it is and if others can understand it as well, then according to me that work is not good enough!

It is this complexity and terra incognita that makes art so simple and elegant. There is no formula to calculate anything, but still you know what is wrong and what is not. And the wonderful thing is what maybe your best work might be a piece of crap to someone, but the whole point of art is to satisfy your soul’s need and not to follow a creed.

This photo describes the current me, the night prowler, just that my intentions aren’t that bad 😉 I am on a way to somewhere i don’t know, i am trying to walk on the road not taken. I wanted to see how it feels to be on the other side, and, this side has so much freedom, thrill and fun.

But i always wanted to come back on the treaded path, but it is not welcoming me back. This path is already so crowded that anyone who has been to the other way never would come back. So im waiting for this noise to clear out so that i can see the signboard – what does it say ?? Go back to the original path or keep walking.

I’m now ending up with these lines from night prowler by AC/DC – Highway to Hell. The name has been inspired from the song which i was listening to while writing the post. I feel i am this night prowler…

Somewhere a clock strikes midnight
And there’s a full moon in the sky
You hear a dog bark in the distance
You hear someone’s baby cry
A rat runs down the alley
And a chill runs down your spine
And Someone walks across your grave
And you wish the sun would shine
Cause No one’s gonna warn you
And no one’s gonna yell ‘Attack’
And you don’t feel the steel
Till it’s hanging out your back
